The Beatles have been a major influence on Ian’s musical development as a singer, songwriter and performer. Their influence is visible in many aspects of his life and musical career.  At 19, Ian organized a show in his hometown for James McCartney, the son of Beatle legend Paul McCartney. Ian’s band, the Anchors served as the opening act for James McCartney during this show.  Ian also performed with former Beatles drummer, Pete Best at his club The Casbah in Liverpool, England. Recently, Ian fulfilled a dream and performed a full night at the legendary club, The Cavern in Liverpool, England, where the Beatles themselves performed many times in their early career.
